You feel your sins crawling on your back for real.
MAN OH MAN DID IT TAKE A LONG TIME TO GET HERE. One of the more important earlier pages that I've been trying to get to
I'm still not sure on the numbering system for chapters and pages as of yet, hopefully I'll figure out a solution soon.
Also leave it to sans to make a joke when being told he and his entire existence is some kind of fabrication created within a game
Some music

Thats actually a lot of whats inspired this to be honest! This game is SO choice driven, the characters as a game feel so receptive, so take it a step further-- what if the game is only showing a small preview of this world and we're only able to see so much of it because of the limitations of communication
The choices we make arent just some shallow decision that the only thing that matters is where you click a button, but rather how it affects an entire civilization in their world and how they perceive it.
THAT is why I cannot play a genocide route. LOL

This is an interesting AU.
Although you might say that the world that exists here is an actual AU to our own and not only within the context of the game itself.
That's a weird thought.
In which case the protagonist found same way to hack the game's code with a program that is transdimensional. Which is weird.
My money is on a hacked debug menu.

I love how everything is falling apart here (or coming together, depending how you look at it), but I honestly laughed at Sans' cut off "what's a sprite?" with him sweating in the background, even after he joked about it. And that last panel, it's just really good, his expression is just the right amount of afraid and concerned and I'm jealous of the lighting.

I don't think you grasped the whole concept of this story so far.
A player, hacked the game files, booted it up and ended up with more options.
Imagine playing Undertale, but you have an Input box. You type into it, and you say things, and monsters react accordingly.
But this is more than that, here the said monsters are sentient. For the sake of convenience the whole scenes are shown to us from ingame perspective without the spriteyness.
Meanwhile the character that controls what Frisk says is infront of a laptop staring at a laptop and his eyes are as big as eggs.
So in the end, it is not Frisk who is screwed, its the player, because they realize what they do, has consequences.

Sometimes you just have to pay attention to details and everything will put itself right in place.

I know.
I realise that.
I just referred to the player as Frisk. Force of habit.

Why's the last line distorted like that? It doesn't seem consistent with someone just trying to type under extreme stress...

Hm. That was the idea, i couldn't imagine someone would be very meticulous about how they type, but I also wanted to make it readable so people could understand what was being said

What got me in particular was the spaces in the wrong place. IMO, that's not a common mistake. My view with people typing wrong is usually they make mistakes liek switching letters, typing a letter off by ine key place, and accidentally skipping eteers and slight mispelling.
