Abilities: Beacon shares a few of the same abilities as his sister Flare. Like his sister, he can fly in and out of his Light Form. While in his light form, he glows a bio-luminescent blue, contrary to his sister's pink. He, like his sister, can also fire rays of light from his hands. His light beams are brighter than his sister's, but Beacon cannot fire heat beams like she can. Instead, he can use heat to destroy virtually any object. All he must do is touch it, then he sends heat through the object's molecules, until it eventually explodes.

Bio: Jayme and her twin brother Bryden were always wayward children. When they reached their late teens, they witnessed a UFO crash near the woods. Being curious teens, they investigated. In doing so they were in range when the craft exploded, flooding them in alien radiation. This radiation gave them both light based powers. The government of course wanted to capture and study them, so they fled to America and joined a superhero team, using their abilities only to help people and not to be studied. They became core members of the team. Bryden became less aggressive than his sister, while Jayme was quick to act without thinking about her options first.
