So back in 2013, the first image on my account here was a photo of Daphne Greengrass, a minor background Harry Potter character from Slytherin. In canon, she is the aunt of Scorpius Malfoy and older sister of Draco's wife Astoria, and that's pretty much it. Yet despite her relatively bare existence in the books, other than a few background mentions that is, she has for some odd reason grown to be quite popular in Harry Potter fanfiction, despite not having a single line of dialogue in the actual books.

Oddity or not, I do really enjoy the character from her various appearances in Harry Potter fanfiction, and I've decided to go back and actually try and do a more proper fanart of her, as you see above. While the one in the 2013 pic I did was really just a background character featured in a brief shot of the Order of the Phoenix movie, the new fanart above is new, made using a mix of fanart, Faceapp, and photoshop in general. For those who might wonder who the woman above is, it's technically an AI generated face, so she doesn't technically actually exist. The closest to a real person is the body I used based on a model named Lima Gronza , though her head is completely different and as I said, AI generated.
