Here's a quick, humorous picture for an idea I came with a while ago, where Ken expresses his love and appreciation for the design of Legendary's Godzilla.
Back when Godzilla (2014) first came out, Japanese audiences criticized Legendary Goji for being "Too fat." Frankly, I find that to be the most irrelevant criticism about the film. I mean, his original Japanese counterpart is typically depicted having THUNDER THIGHS, for cryin' out loud!: youtu.be/T0C2l3cb2XQ

So yeah. I absolutely LOVE this Godzilla design to pieces! The King of Kaiju has never looked sexier.
But I'm also hyped to see Toho's new Godzilla in action in Godzilla: Resurgence later this year. ^^

Also, it's kind of funny that the Japanese criticized him for being fat. That's coming from the country that invented Sumo wrestling, where you're pretty much required to be fat. (Plus, wouldn't Godzilla look great as a Sumo?

I think it's rather interesting, for the most part. It's not my favorite design of Godzilla, but I do like how it's more scary and how it's so different from any other previous Godzilla, while also simultaneously updating the original 1954 design.

I have to agree. Though I like the design personally, despite giving me nightmares for days, especially when it's mouth opens. But, I do like the direction of where it is going. Especially sense the rubber suit is back in business. 😊

hell! i think that's monsters destroy our cities were to busy calling them fat and they come all over releive some stress then we become butt hurt victims of some monsters anger due to the fact we call them fat since slice bread

i hope he fights something at least; he should've looked like the one from 2002 that one was my favorite
