Hmm, you know I never really thought of that. I am an American, and many english dubbed releases of the Dragon Ball Z Series that I both watch and own refer to him as Master Roshi. I always just figured it was a name and never thought about what it meant. That's interesting though, thanks for telling me. ^^ Learn something new everyday.
