Uck, I can't do backgrounds well.
I wanted to show more Jubalee with her hair down. I edited the base the best I could mimicking the original Dragon Ball Z style.

Raditz had made his way to Earth fixed on his goal of finding his little brother and wiping out the human race. While he's surprised to see a familiar face, he doesn't let that distract him as he pursue's his plan. Jubalee is just as stunned at the arrival of a man she once knew. She is quickly shook from it as Raditz knees his little brother for taking a fighting stance. Jubalee knows how stubbon this warrior is and that she can't stop him, unless...she were to do something drastic.

Turns out Goku's baggy gi doesn't make him any easier to draw.
