Aww, isn't that cute? Even after all these years together, Raditz still gets embarrassed. After some time constantly looking back at pictures of Launch as well as a few other background woman from Dragon Ball and such, I think I got a pretty good idea on the form Akira Toriyama designs curly hair. So I have redone Jubalee as such to match the style best I could.Let me know what you think~ ^^
