Description
Older designs. These were more zany, experimental, and illustrative than the later ones. Created under the philosophy of "herp-a-derp let's see what happens."--
Cream's interpretation was a bit of a response to her appearance in Sonic Advance 3, where the six year old school girl bunny character is found happily wandering around a sinister tech dungeon created by Robotnik. I recall this was one of the final levels you faced before you confronted the Doctor. When cream was asked what she was doing there, her response was "Meh, I dunno."

Not much to say about Rouge or Blaze. Just that the versions you have now look better.
*Amy: I can see why you extended the appendages to make her more zany, but it doesn't quite work for me. The general design for the clothing and hairstyle, those look phenomenal.

Yeah, I was still thinking as an illustrator rather than a designer. I love them as pictures and I could see them in a zany french animation, but I couldn't see them in a real Sonic cartoon/game.

I've been trying to get into French Animation, any in particular stick out to you for a newbie to the style?

I really can’t say I know enough about French animation to sieve out the very best there is.
Famous French productions off the top of my head are “Persepolis”, “Triplets of Beleville,” and the relatively recent Rayman Origins game.
I recall a lot of Animated shorts I've seen being French. Good ones I can think of are “In Between”, “Logorama”, “Pyrats” and a series of other innovative ones I can’t locate the titles for.
The studio/school Supinfocom seems to shamble within my radar a when they get the creators get their ideas copied; first there was that “Above Then Beyond” vs Pixar’s “Up” similarity scandal, and then there's that train level from Sonic Heroes that seemed to borrow elements from a short named “Sarah”. Upcoming
“The Day of the Crows” movie and that “Miraculous Ladybug” cartoon (Japanese and French studio cooperation) look promising to me too. I hope this helps!
