Now he ended up as a cursed wizard oh wee ōvō’

His name is Chaney. He is a wizard and a false prophet, a scammer who claims to be a sorcerer. He claimed he could heal everyone and curse whoever he wished, but it was always for a high price. One time he came across a beautiful diety, Desarae, and claimed he could summon her deceased family members if she accepted him and turned him into a diety. She didn’t hesitate and the two eventually formed a bond. They were the most known Gods in the land; Chaney - the God of curses and healing - and Desarae - the Goddess of beauty and desire. The relationship was loveless, as both sides were in it for their own profit. They had a child together, Letha. Desarae took care of her and was very bothered that Chaney paid no attention whatsoever. She soon confronted him about it and then the truth was revealed - he was no sorcerer, no healer, nor a prophet. She got furious with him and ripped his Godly gift out, replacing it with a curse.
His name means “Oak-hearted”, and she took it quite literally. She gave him a curse called “the wooden kiss” which turns the whole body into wood slowly. Blood and wounds turn into wood immidiately, and usually it has a pattern of the blood dripping. It’s very painful and it causes the ill to move slower and make weird noises when doing so. That meant that Chaney would become a wooden statue eventually, and it left him devastated and desparate. He left Desarae’s land and promised to curse her and Letha once he finds a good socrerer or a mage to do so. Desarae is afraid for Letha’s sake and makes an awful decision.

Would you guys like if I actually wrote a few of these stories here? I keep a lot of them for my future projects, but I would like to give a bit of a background to them so you could undertsand the story a bit better.
