An idea I've had in my head for a while about a Sonic 360 adapt. Just as Mephiles kills Sonic, Robo Knux stabs Mephiles in the back.I decided not to go with a Mature filter because there's no blood. Just broken crystally bits, since Mephiles doesn't have any blood anyway. Also, if you are concerned about him, this is only a slight inconvenience to Mephiles. He's going to join up with Iblis in a minute, leaving RK standing there, looking disappointed.

I could imagine this with Metal Sonic, Mephiles kills Sonic and suddenly Metal comes out of no where and kills Mephiles and then continues to absorb Mephiles' energy followed by iblis. Oh my god that'd be badass, Metal Sonic combined with Mephiles and Iblis! Metal Paradox!

There is a heck of a lot of stabbing going on here, O lord XD. It's a wonder RK is not used more in games.Β Metal already had his day in Heroes, is RK stirring up trouble as a rogue bot somewhere else?
I haven't really seen you draw Elise so this a pretty good job on her, Sonic looks as dead as a wet napkin, and that stab pose in the front is excellent. Herrnff Herrnff...

Yeah, I don't think it's mature, if there's no blood. Heck, Star Wars actually showed Jango Fett getting beheaded by Mace Windu, and yet it was still family friendly, because NO BLOOD!
Aside from that, I personally don't think it's possible to kill Mephiles like that. Heck, at one point, he just let Omega shoot the hell out of him, and it didn't kill him. It makes sense though, since he's half of the God Solaris's being, and his other half, Iblis, could not die either. Although they can still be injured, they can't die.

Get'em Metal Knuckles. You know, seeing Metal Knuckles in art has been a rare treat for me. And now I see him taking down one of the more infamous villains in Sonic history...most would have done Metal Sonic, but not you. I like that touch.

I've been writing RK since Sonic R came out (which has been a while). He's one of my favorite villains. He's actually much worse in previous fics than in this one.

I really like the detail you put into his limbs, like ST did with Metal recently. Makes him look stronger/more believable. Ahh, such a cute, little, backstabbing, cocky assassin robot

Mephiles is only crystal like at first glance, he's actually closer to appearance to ashes... fitting given his counter part is a ball of fire.
And truly what Robo Knux did was pointless, this guy could survive an all out barrage from Omega... Robo's stabbing was meaningless since Mephiles isn't even really alive!!! Or is immortal like Iblis.

XD I dont get why people get sad when sonic has that death scene. He always dies in any game if he runs out of lives! OR DROWNS! XD I think thats a worse death than a swift one personally.

Ah, but story deaths are way worse than ingame ones. It's why people got so upset when Aeris died in FF7. (She's died several times already, but apparently phoenix downs don't work on story deaths.)
And everybody forgets that Sonic "died" in SA2, too. Or, at least, came very close to it. Everybody else thought he was dead.

So with the idea that Mekion and Mephiles are generally the same as i read in the comments below, and since Mecha made Mekion... and Mephiles kills Sonic... Can I say that Mecha kinda sorta killed Sonic by association? o.o *Is in no way serious and dies from all the M names*

Hm, now that's an interesting point. I shall have to ponder it.
However, Mecha will not be in this adapt. RK gets the limelight alllll to himself. And the whole deal with Mekion will be explained. You know how Arthas is but one dwindling voice in the mind of the Lich King? Mekion is sort of like that to Mephiles.
