Description
Project for my drawing class. We were supposed to make a "subversive pattern" with 2 elements, one of them organic. We were to use white accent paper and no colour but I did anyway.After a few hours hanging in the hallway with the rest of my class's work someone who worked at the University bought it. Wooo!
Black and red ink on off-white rag paper, approx. 36" high
PS: I HATE SYMMETRICAL PATTERNS

You may hate the symmetrical patterns, but you did an amazing job! I especially like how the colors look like old wallpaper. The detail and subject matter give it a little touch humor! (I know that this an late potato comment, but eh, I wanted to let you know.)
