Hopefully I'll have more up for Slade soon. For now, here's his part 3 for ~Rising-Sparks

I kinda have this idea in my head that, as the war progressed, ideals about the perfect body type changed. While the big and powerful were still a critical part of the war, I think that the younger generations would follow the trend of wanting it smaller and faster. Some upgraded, some didn't, but I think the heavier transformer models would have dwindled drastically when the war finally ended.

Slade doesn't give a slag about trends, though, and kept his size and alt because for him it was practical enough to get the job done.

Needless to say, he enjoys scaring the bejeebus out of the younger generation with his unusually large stature.

Upon the deactivation of the leaders of both factions, for a while, Slade took it upon himself to round up what he could of the failing Autobot ranks. Slade kept his promise of defending the weak and taking in refuges who had left their squads, but soon began to notice Decepticon refuges shuffling in as well. Slade never raised any alarm of their presence to his fellow 'bots, and was mildly amused to see Decepticons--stripped of their insigna in order to remain inconspicuous--and Autobots alike working side by side again.

Although not a part of the initial Autobot/Neutral Alliance, Slade agreed to the terms presented and was one of the first herded through and back out into the wastelands of Cybertron to begin it's reconstruction. Due to his strength and ability to haul the heavy supplies, he has helped with many different projects and was, in turn, given his own home as the caretaker of a small apartment complex. This is basically just a shorter title than: Really-Big-Mother-Fucker-That-Intimidates-Both-Sides-Into-Getting-Along as he took up the reigns of go-to guy when there was any trouble.

Much like a certain Decepticon guardian , Slade is an unintentional child magnet. If they don't find him, Slade always manages to find some kid getting his servos into trouble and he makes it his job to get the kid back on the right track--even if they don't want his help.
