It indeed looks like a plant because of the colour and partially because of the irregular surface texture to it; the choice of the background colours make it think about a sky which maybe lead into that "plant" thinking. The way it is disposed feels like it was some liquid and it sure create a movement (kinetic piece vs a fixed photo is it was maybe on a horizontal disposition). Great piece!
