It's a chirugai. I guess you could also call it a shuriken, but it's not the same.
All right, but where are the blades? How does it open? How can it fly on its own?

Well, of course. I love a good mystery, and it would be nice to know something about the weapon that nearly took my head off.
You mean the same one that led you back to me.

I love this couple so much it's not even funny. I've only gotten to two cutscenes with Kurtis and Lara and oh man, talk about chemistry! *end fangirl mode*

Anyway, this is how I imagine Lara being when confronting Kurtis about his self-propelled Frisbee-weapon.

I'm stuck in the Maximum Containment Area in AoD and haven't gotten a chance to restart Underworld, so bear with me here as I crank out more Kurtis/Lara.
