Nowell Cane was Nixe friend who took part in this same accident that she. However when rest of this group were active ecologistes Nowell joined to them only because he fall in love with Nixe and it didn't changed after accident and rise of the new Atlantis. Durring this time Nowell was with Nixe trying show her his love. However with time he started had problem with rules in new Atlantis and more and more often began to think that they are stupid. Finally when one day he found big fields of energium under the city he understood that New Atlantis was founded on a huge energy source and nobody cared because citizens was ecological and comunistic pacifist. After this Nowell started believe that new Atlantis can't to hide for longer and began to prepare himself for assuming both state and military powerHe began to sneak out to the surface to learn command, strategy, speech and so on. Of course, his appearance could easily betray him, so he used the holographic masking given to him by Lord Maximus. He had already met him during one of his first trips to the on surfaces and was interested in supporting him in his plans. Finally Maximus became Nowell mentor helping him became good leader. When Nowell and gathered a group of people devoted to his cause, Maximus helped him seize power in new Atlantis.In exchange, only wanting exclusivity for the purchase of Energium from the city. Today Nowell still rule New atlantis or Kingdom of New Atlantis and Oceans bottoms.He acknowledges that the entire seabed and everything above it up to a height of 30 meters above the top of the highest building is the area of the new Atlantis.What's more he still lookinjg for Nixe becaus he want to make her his queen
