Arliss Caden - Formerly an ordinary, unremarkable man who adored the collector of models and this is what brought him to the path of crime. Arliss, because he was not an ordinary modeller, but so fascinated with old architecture and being very pedantic about it. Moreover, he was so obsessed with this that any deviation from the standard made the model unworthy of a purchase for him. In other words, something that probably wouldn't be a problem if Arliss, like every collector, wanted to expand his collection, and that made him stuck. Well, until at least he had crossed his path with Zacharias Drake. The latter, then forced to go underground in order to lead his unholy crusade against half mutants from there, decided to slander them with the help of the false flag operation, and arliss was to help him in this. Anyway, like many other people who, in return for pretending to be half mutants, got the opportunity to solve their problems by injecting a purified mutagen that gives superpowers. In short, something that probably wouldn't interest him, or rather wouldn't, if not for the fact that one of the possible powers was the power to diminish objects - willpower. In other words, something that would give him the opportunity to get the most realistic models, because they are the prototypes, and therefore Arliss, like others, agreed to this offer. The difference between him and the others was that Arliss, inconsistently with the instructions on the syringe, gave himself too much dose, and this made his power from time permanent, just as permanent was his career as a thief of architectural monuments.
