Vinn Manley -former James Adams employee who was an main engineer in a project of sonic drill. However James closed this project because he was afraid that somebody would use it as a weapon. Despite this and without appropriate technologies Vinn continued the project in his basement. He believed that it will made more positive effects than negative. That's why day by day he loaded a white energium stone with a sonic waves. He wanted to change it into sonergium( sonic + energium). Unfortunatelly one day his homemade sonic gun broken down. And it didn't stop charging energium when turned off. What finally end with powerful explosion and Vinn was in its centre.That's why hundreds of small fragments sonergium stuck into his body, some even got into the blood through the wounds that occurred when hitting the glass. In hospital doctors hadn't good information for him they can't remove the shards because these are too small and probably Vinn will die because of it This information made him mad on James who in Vinn opinion was blame about what was happen( he close project of Vinn life what " forced him" to continue it in home). So when soon after he learn that he can control sound(absorb, change intensity and much more.) He made up decision to became Sound Engineer and that he killed James Adams before he die.
