He is the last of his kind. The Quantum Leapers are a rare breed of Cybertronian, in which they can stop and travel through time. Splitsecond is an Autobot from the future who saw the dark future of the universe, the fall of the Autobots, Unicron’s rebirth and Megatron and the Decepticons taking over and cyber-forming Earth. He travelled back in time to warn Optimus Prime about what the future holds for him and his Autobots. He decided to fight with them to prevent their dark futures. He is armed with a powerful blaster that slows down whoever gets into its crosshairs and as a Time Stopper, he can correctly predict every move… most of the time. Some say he is crazy, others say he awesome, but against all odds, Splitsecond is a force not to be tolerated.
About Transformers Into the Nexus:
Transformers Into the Nexus is a Transformers character redesign series and also a fanon fighting game with elements from the Marvel Vs Capcom series, Killer Instinct and the Super Smash Bros. series. Some of the roster includes characters that are notable favorites (like Optimus Prime, Bumblebee and Megatron), characters that were left in the dust (like Crumplezone and Ransack) and my own original characters.
Wow, Splitsecond, my first original character! This was a breeze when I was working on it. Design wise, he shares some similarities with Bayonetta AKA Cereza from… well, Bayonetta! Both are the last of their species and can use time. But both are similar, Bayonetta can use Witch Time to slow down her opponents while Splitsecond can stop, slow down and travel through time (that's how he got to Optimus, BTW)! Basically, he's going to be a pain in competitive play. Now for something different, Transformers characters are pretty much have some cool color pallets, and Splitsecond is no different, his color scheme is orange and brown, an homage to the Cleveland Browns. Side note, if a player from Cleveland, Ohio mains Splitsecond with his original colors in the game, he will be known as pretty much the Arbiter from Halo of ITN. Just saying, however in the game, Splitsecond is a power-up character, due to being a Time Stopper, meaning he can end a match quickly!
