The high-tech jet streaked through the morning sky, racing against the coming dawn... and the dawn was losing. Cruising at just over the speed of sound, the craft traveled west towards the remaining night while the world to the east was aglow in perpetual sunrise. Inside, Miss Black wished it could go a little faster despite using the time in flight to put the finishing touches on her report regarding this month's quota. Most of the report was in order, she was now just arranging the details of the four specials she was transporting with her. She looked back at them as they stood passively in the cargo restraints. Nude save for the sheen of the clear, plasticlike material covering their curvaceous bodies and the neural restraining headpiece each wore. They'd been traveling for over an hour now so the initial sensory overload should have subsided by now. They were still immobilized, but their minds will have cleared and their senses returned. Miss Black paused to think about that. The thoughts they were having now... the confusion, the fear, the anger. So many things to try and make sense of. Little did they know the nightmare was just about to begin.

The pilot broke the silence calling back to Miss Black that they were nearing their destination. Sure enough she could hear the radio come to life as the pilot gave their ID numbers and heading.

"Affirmative, T-548, continue on your present heading. Laser batteries 16 to 21 are disengaged. Do not deviate from the safe vector."

Miss Black looked forward. Ahead she could see it. They had been flying over the ocean for most of the journey so now there wasn't a speck of land in sight, but impossibly ahead was a large manmade installation. An artificial island of steel and concrete. With a wry, foreboding smile she looked back at her captives.

"Welcome to your new home, ladies." she said. "Welcome to N.I.C.E. Labs."
