It's been a while since I actually uploaded something shot with my tele-lens which often leads me to the assumption that I may be better off selling it again. Then something like this shot comes along and I doubt it's such a great idea afterall.

This is shot from Tenerife at an altitude of about 2200 meters towards the neighboring Island Gran Canaria during moonrise. You seldom see clouds shadows from above wandering above the sea being outshone by the moon light. I just had to capture this rare scenery.

The moon is blended from 3 different raw files. I wanted to retain a more surreal touch thus the soft blend. I hope you enjoy!
