final round! the theme for this round is to highlight what your OC is most proud of themselves.....Sheep is very fond of her hair, which should surprise no one at this point.Β this also works on a meta level cuz design-wise her hair is probably the most iconic part of her character for me, as well as the biggest factor taken into account when designing her outfits. it obviously makes up a big part of her silhouette, not to mention the bright red/pink color is a defining part of her color palette and can risk looking gaudy if i don't match other colors to it...that's why I really liked this round, cuz it's letting me have fun with what i thought was a chore before, heh
anyway yeah the image pretty much came to my head right away and i was like aw i can't not draw that! very obviously a photoshoot scenario here, her hair is held up with clear string...it wasn't easy to set up! her hair does take a bit of effort to uncoil. the outfit is somewhat of a callback to what she wore for the audition , but y'know, way fancier, as befitting of the finale. it includes elements of her other outfits throughout the pagent, like bows, tulle fabric, glitter, etc
anyway phew, I can't believe I'm already at the end of this pageant! it's been super fun, thanks for the ride!

I like how you're using colour contrasts on this one to have the hair really stand out extra much. That's a really nice trick.
Those shiny starry bows behind her also looks so nice. It's a such sweet little touch.

I absolutely love how you've stuck to a singular color scheme throughout all your entries but each one is so unique! Sheep is absolutely darling and all her outfits have been so much fun. I love how well her hair stands out here and the cute and clever way she's highlighting it!

to be perfectly honest i cheated on some of them, heh.....but overall the restricted colorscheme has been really fun to work with! although like i said, it mostly had to do with what works well with her hair color, haha <3Β

The callback to the audition is a pretty nice idea and I really like the concept itself.
Her hair is the center of the attention immediately but the rest of the picture doesn't turn out boring because of it.
The pose is nice as well, giving the whole thing a nice atmosphere too

Amazing the progression of style from the audition photo o the current one, and I love how you did a callback to her first dress as a sort of coming back around.Β

haha yeah, i think the most noticeable thing is that the lineart got neater (since i haven't done many lineart-centric polished pieces before this tournament) so it worked out!

So far this round has far from disappointed me. I just love how everyone seem to find great ways to show off their characters Highlights. And this def isn't an exception. You could see right away that the hair was the highlight here and you did it in such a clever way too, gives it such a special effect. Kinda angel like I dare say. ^^

oh yes!! this round is super fun and prob the one i got most excited about, shame that it's the final round and theres only a few people left ;3; but every one of them is great!
