entry for round 3, "The Picnic of Extravagant Hats"
All dolled up for afternoon tea! her hat of choice is a bonnet, good for sun protection, won't blow away in the wind, not to mention super cute!
Both the hat and the garden picnic themes go pretty well with goth lolita which is a blessing because I've been dying to draw her in something frilly for the whole tournament since frilly things make up at least a third of her canon outfits. (also her hair looks more massive than usual cuz they're in pigtails)
the hardest part of this entry was probably picking a backdrop...I immediately wanted to go all out with pastel colors and blue skies and 270 miles of vegetation but I also didn't want to sacrifice AESTHETIC (still trying to stick to the same style for all these and it's HARD) so I compromised and used a much softer shade of black than I used for the last 3 entries. it's some sort of garden gate I guess!

Sheep's hair is, of course, amazing, but her eyes have always been what gets me. There's just such a knowing depth to them; it's what really solidifies her as the 'creepy kid who knows too much'.
But God yes I love lolita way too much and I love this outfit way too much and when I can stop flipping out over the way you drew her eyes I'll probably say something about the shoulderette because OH MY YUME

It's hard not to notice when they leap out of every drawing you've ever done of her just so *v*;
(And curse you btw for always drawing that 'v' smile so perfectly, i can almost never get that right)

She look so adorable! I had a feeling that this could be her round for sure, and clearly is shows here. The goth lolita style is indeed perfect for this.
And that background just suits so well too. I'm amazed how you manage to use the same style and such similar colours through all your entries. It's so well done and I can imagine it's hard to do.

This outfit fits her really well indeed.
The coloring and choices of colors for the outfit are rather nice as well.
I like her hairstyle and expression a lot as well and the hat fits the theme without being too extreme I'd say.
