I used to pride myself on my flow, now I don't know.
Did you look at the one with the penis? It seemed to add some balance.

I did, it looks kind of odd, but they're both good, the one with the penis looks somehow scarier, cause it could do things..

Ha, I guess it could.
I drew that awhile ago, I remember thinking the drawing needed some balance.
So, I added a pendulum :]

Very inventive. I think the design is awesome. The tail makes me think of the art in
Uzumaki en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uzumaki . A terrific horror novel with great art.

Oh my gosh yes! That movie was so weird, I loved it. The comic was even more strange though in a good way

Hmm, he does. I never imagined him living in the ocean though.

Reminds me of the zodiac sign 'capricorn'.
It's often shown as a composite being. (capricorn with fishtail).
Nice work!

Yeah, I can see the resemblance. That's my favorite sign, the most interesting image.
I was born prematurely as a Sagittarius, if I was born on schedule I think I would have been a Cap.

Never got around to reading Dante's Inferno, are there gargoyles in it?

im not sure if that's a gargoyle but I'm familiar with Gustave Dore's work on dante's inferno.

His work is a wood carving print idk what its called. The looping tail might be that's only similar.
Just sharing what i know. Maybe you'd like his works too.

Ah, I remember this artist, I had a few books with his works in it. Thanks for the link.
I wish I had some printmaking equipment :] I tracked down what that creature is.
Name: Gerione
Description: In Greek myth Geryon was a three-bodied giant who was slain by Hercules. Dante's Geryon is a monstrous composite creature with the face of a just man, a reptilian body, hairy paws, and a scorpion's tail--the embodiment of Fraud.

Tastes like chicken
Maybe like manticore, depends on which cut of meat you get.
Here is a better page for Dore/Dante, not sure if this is what you bookmarked.
