Description
1. Make a rough sketch.2. Clean the sketch.
3. Draw the retina and iris.
4. Create a shadow for the iris.
5. Add details to the iris.
6. Turn up the contrast.
7. Make the shadow for the whole eye.
8. Add shine spots.
9. Smudge the tips of the eyelashes.
10. Put the light on eyelashes and make final minor adjustments.
Made with GIMP, but should be useful for other programs too. Hope it will be helpful. ^^
