Thank you Zbrush is not free, it costs $800 but the developer of Zbrush offers a similar but much simpler program called Sculptris for free so you can try that out. Autodesk also has Mudbox, which you can use and learn for free if you have a Autodesk student account, which is also free to create. You might not be allowed to use it for commercial work though.
