Name: Lenny

Age: 19

Edition: Normal Edition, but lighter, washed-out color from age.

Class: Explorers.

Gender: ♂

Species: Gengar.

Nature: Sassy; this little spitfire isn't afraid to say just exactly how he feels about a certain matter or situation, nor is he afraid to meet someone's defiant personality with his own. Because of this, though, he tends to be ignorant of when enough is enough. With a cocky, almost narcisstic attitude, Lenny isn't hesitant to show his confidence in what he's best at. Yet even as headstrong as he seems, he would rather sit back and watch someone do all the work rather than he actually do it himself, which is why he usually detests being a leader or having to take charge. When asked why he doesn't want to, he'll simply reply with "I'm too tired to". Not only that, but he's very loud. The word 'discrete' doesn't even register in his mind. You can make him laugh for hours on end if you tell him something good, as he enjoys jokes and pranks. He can be extremely silly when he wants to be and all in all is rather playful.

Freshly Bought

"Mommy I want that one!"

Such exchanges and exclamations like these were something Lenny was used to during his times at the toy store. He sat upon the shelves in his purple colored box, listening to kids come and go. The anticipation of when his box would be picked up nagged at him. Would they take him the next day? The day after that? What would his child be like? Boy or girl? Nice and gentle..? All those questions would fill his mind, as they did many other toys.
Finally, the time came for Lenny. Three days before the winter holidays, an elderly woman purchased him. With that sewn on smile plastered on his face, the Gengar nervously waited the end of the car ride. Oh, what would await him?
When they had arrived, the house was small and cozy... It had to have belonged to the old woman. Once inside, the elder took bright red and green patterned wrapping paper from her closet, using it to cover all of Lenny's box until all of the light from within was cut off.
Time ticked by, and when he was sure some days had passed, he felt movement happening outside of his containment. Picked up, placed down, movement stilling then starting again, picked up once more and set down. Sounds outside of his box grew louder...more excited, which in turn made him excited. The darkness of the paper surrounding him was ripped off, enough where he could see again, and there a young girl, maybe about 8 years old, filled his vision with the happiest expression. More of his casing was ripped off until Lenny found himself picked up by her young hands.

"Oh thank you, grandmother, it's adorable!" the girl exclaimed while turning Lenny this way and that to inspect him. And for the rest of the Christmas party, she kept him close to her. Later he overheard his girl's name was "Sophia".

Pastimes

Weeks turned into months and Lenny got to experience first hand what it was like to be a doll owned by a little girl. He was put through degrading and embarrassing activities such as 'tea time', wearing some of the most feminine dresses ever. Though he didn't mind much since it was for Sophia and her other 'male' dolls were dressed in such a way too. Not like he really could have done much in his situation anyway.

Other than tea time, he had grown to like Sophia's adventure-type game. Usually she would take her dolls around the house or outside, having them explore the boundaries of her home. Even if Lenny was sat off to the side most of the time, he liked watching Sophia move the other dolls around the grassy grounds. Sometimes he was jealous since he wanted to steal most of her attention, but at the same time he wouldn't have wanted to get too dirty from the dirt and ground anyway.

6 Years Later: Yard Sale and New Changes

Children couldn't keep their toys forever, so the time where Lenny would have to part from Sophia because she was growing into an adult came sooner than he would have liked. It wasn't too long before Sophia decided that she would get rid of her toys since she didn't play with them anymore.
And thus came the yard sale.
To Lenny it almost felt like he was placed in the toy store once more...what with the way he had been placed on the table and neighborhood kids came to glance at the things up for sale. Just when afternoon was turning to evening, a man in all white came up to Sophia, offering a certain amount of money for Lenny. Sophia accepted and Lenny was placed in the hold of the man in white.

Life was much different with this man; Lenny remembered being poked and probed with pins and needles before a jarring shock traveled through his body. What was scary was that he could FEEL it so intensely. His body was shrinking...his skin was changing...his eyes were clearer. What had happened to him? So many tests he had to take... He had to learn how to walk, use this smaller size to his advantage. It was all so weird. Once or twice, sick of the treatment, he would attempt to rebel, but those attempts were often squashed with a simple punishment.

He was tired of this...oh so tired. But his prayers were answered one day when a group of Pokemon like him broke in and rescued however many they could in the facility. The rescuers led Lenny to a small village where he could be around others in the same situation as him. He just hoped the peace would last forever...

Hobby(ies): Pulling pranks, telling jokes, fishing, flirting, "Flower Gliding".

Extras:
He's slightly overweight, so physical activities such as running, walking for long durations of time, etc, are not things he's the best at. He'll snap at you if you call him fat though.
Can be extremely lazy.
Keeps his pebbles in his pockets and often fiddles with them when he's nervous.
His pull-string often gets tangled onto sticks and branches. When it's pulled, it makes him squeak.
The older the girl, the more he'll flirt. He'll regard any girl significantly younger than his age (like 15 and below) as 'adorable' instead of 'attractive', and thus will treat them more like a sister.
He hate, hate, hates normal-sized Dog Pokemon. He thinks that all dogs will rip out his stuffing.
Likes to refer to himself as an expert on humans.
Even if he says he wanted to be an explorer because it was a less hardworking job, he secretly wanted to hold onto the memories of Sophia.
He adores kids and often acts his silliest to try and make them laugh.
Dream Eater is the number one move his uses for pranks when others are sleeping.
