I'm keeping on painting cels
I have also decided to show you them one by one over a printed background from a Disney movie of course NOT DONE BY ME!!!
Here are Ariel and Flounder....
The background is really simple and was made by me with photoshop and then printed

I love how you drew everything,and you drew the characters well,I like when Ariel gives Flounder the evil eye. However, Ariel's skin tone is a bit brighter than usual.Maybe a little shading might do the trick.And Ariel's hair looks a little longer.Shorten it up. OK,now Flounder,looking,looking,pretty good,except for 1 thing,his skin tone is duller than usual.Also his fins,they need to look a little more transparent,otherwise,his fins wont be fishy,or something like that.Anyway,overall,looks very awesome!!!!!I think this should be submitted to Disney and see what they think.KEEP UP THE AWESOME WORK!!!!I like how you draw Ariel e.deviantart.net/emoticons/w/w… " width="15" height="15" alt="

How does it feel from behind? The paint I mean. Rough or smooth?

Wow! your awesome, I like painting traditional cels too. I use acrylic paint. It's so time consuming though, I wish I had more time to paint

when you say you paint the cel, does that mean you use actual paint, because it looks digital. I never really understood how cels were made.

how did you bring the outlines on the cell? i use a simple black pencil (waterproof) and draw it by hand.what is your technique?
