calculus is a harder math. the way it goes (here at least) is prealgebra --> algebra 1 --> geometry --> algebra 2 --> precalculus --> calculus --> trigonometry
so i'm about four maths ahead of you xD it's harder.
you have trimesters? here we have quarters and semesters -- two quarters per semester.
