This guy looks like something out of a modern RPG. I also love the overall design for this guy; tis pretty badass.

Also, out of curiosity, what program and tablet did you use for this? I use Photoshop CS3 and a Wacom Bamboo Fun tablet for my artwork and I'm hoping to improve with better techniques.
