Description
For St David's Day the ATC were allowed to extend their broadcasting hours - running from 4pm to 1:30am - in order to cover the important day's events. This clock was the last to be shown exclusively in black and white, as later that day colour was introduced to Welsh television.
This style of clock had been used since 1962, and would continue would be used for another 7 years until 1980.
