love this "sideways" tension setting, tension supplied by fasteners. Β Awesome!
THat's two rings held together by the screws, right?

yes, the ring is in two pieces with one side having the cut out for the stones and then bolted together.Β if i remade this piece i might do it a little differently.Β maybe split down the middle with the cut out on both halves, or perhaps in three sections with the middle section having the cut out.Β

if i wasn't a minor and my fingers would stop changing, i'd buy... like... twenty of these. they're gorgeous.

You really make cool stuff. I like it a lot. And i'm usually against combining precious stones with non precious metals, so that's saying something.

thanks. when i started, i was against using stones at all. it was all about the metal. then a friend challenged me to make a piece with a stone.

I'm typically not a diamond person, but that's gorgeous! I didn't think those stones would work so well together, but you have proved me wrong.

I really like your use of screws and things that wouldn't normally be found to be wearable. It's creative and original and you get a billion points!

This is one of the best combos of citrine and peridot that I've ever seen. Usually multi-stone pieces end up seeming like everything else I've ever seen, but this one really stands out.

That is so cute! i mean that in a good way, not a dumb girly way.
not only does your jewelry rock, but your photography does as well. i think everyone has been put to shame here.
stunning as always! great work.

The colour of the stones reminds me of Autumn. All these new pieces that you have just posted are amasing.

interesting and innovative setting. great choice in colors. the functional part of the piece (rivets) actually enhances the design.
so in other words- YOU ARE THE MAN.
well done.

thanks. the colors were predetermined by the birth of the client and his siblings. and i just can't stop playing with my little screws. i'm tellin ya, if you get some, you'll have some fun too.

You really have a handle on this whole form-follows-function thing! Amazing how everything works together for the simple yet ingenious setting, and how nothing doesn't have a definite use in the construction.

I like the combination of stones used in this setting. The screws on the side are a nice touch too (functional and visually apealling). Another great job!

thanks. the stones were taken from another setting. they are the birthstones of the client and his siblings. it was made for his mother.
