I don't know if this is really a tutorial, so maybe it's in the wrong category.I will be starting commissions for my military jackets soon so this is the measurement chart along with a small explanation on getting accurate measurements.
I hope it makes sense and their aren't too many typos.

I really appreciate making this. And personally, yes I'd consider this a tutorial, as it provides information in a bullet-point or otherwise step-by-step manner. (That's my understanding of denying a 'tutorial', anyway)
btw, The only spelling error I see from this is "measureing" which should be "measuring," is all. If you want to get really technical, each first word of the bullet-points should be capitalized. (i.e. "Bust:" instead of "bust")
