With this, you can probably say 'boom, headshot.'

Not specifically used for high accuracy but you can use it to make a big hole in someone's head

Just one critique. You have to have some mass behind the magazine. That is where the bolt would go. You have to make these designs mechanically plausible.  Otherwise looks good.

It has some of the features of simplified Railgun and the bullet is "sucked" not pushed, so I don't think that would be 100% necessary. Thanks for the critics tho.

Sure, as I said it looks good, just as a gunsmith I see gun designs trough a critical eye.

This. Great looking design, but not mechanically sound.

Actually there is a Canadian Prototype rifle this resembles.

There is. But, the black thing under the "NOT MAN FIREABLE" sticker? It's not the magazine. The magazine, for that prototype, goes ahead of that. It's removed in the main photo at the top, but is inserted in the second photo. No matter the firing mechanism (striker, electronic, etc), you must have room for the bolt to travel so it can strip rounds out the magazines. What's on the SIPES rifle behind the magazine? Maybe a proprietary firing mechanism. Who knows. The GL is clearly Metal Storm tech, but they need more than five or ten-rounds of 5.56mm, so they must retain magazines and "conventional" firing methods.

I am aware of that Not Man Fireable element.
However 1) there is no clear evidence other than implication of it being Metal storm based for the Grenade launcher.
The Carbine portion is using a US based Cased teliscoped ammo type. which feeds from a smaller streight magazine directly behind the pistol grip and ejects forward.
2) depending on bolt design if you are just loading single shot at a time manually you can get away with with a fairly small amount of rearward material and size for the bolt. heck even if rapid fire. just look at the Styer ACR.

1. There is clear evidence of Metal Storm in the GL. It's a stacked grenade system, for one, and is distinctly mentioned here. www.design-engineering.com/fea… - The reason for the design similarities might be from the TTCP, which the Australian DST Group participates in. The DST took part in Australia's AICW rifle (CTD Program), which also had Metal Storm components.

2. This is true.
