I can easily see myself fighting either Necormorphs or the Enclave in that armor.

I think his body will not gonna really fit in there. He needs to have extra size like 40k space marineΒ figure or something like that.

Naaah, that's a simple problem with a simple solution. He just need to stuff a lots of clothes with him inside that suit, and voila! You have a shock dampener plus extra warmth in sub zero theater of operations.

Iiiii think he attached his shoulder knife facing the wrong direction... Kind of difficult to pull it out from that angle.
Other than that though, this looks really cool. Kinda reminds me of the Terminator armors of Warhammer 40k, only with less smooth armor and no over sized hunchback. ...Now it just has a regular hunchback.

Well, on the bright side, it's not /as/ bulky as Terminator armor, so he might be able to reach it and contemplate his mistake after stabbing his opponent before being killed.
And 40k armor has it's ups and downs. Space Marine armor in particular seems to aim for "Bulky is Better", whilst the Tau think making things better in all dimensions works best.
