Description
Strange day weatherwise yesterday. It snowed in the morning, so we had about 3 inches (10cm) covering of spring snow, but by afternoon it had all gone and it was sunny(ish)!Fortunately I got out in the white and went for a walk. I was trying to get a picture of a robin and had all but given up - they are flightly little creatures - when I spotted this one on my way back perched on a post. Since it stayed for a short while I managed to creep up to it a bit and get a couple of shots.
Looks very well fed to me!

I think maybe that's why it didn't fly off at the first opportunity - just finished a three course lunch!
Thanks for the comment
