The array at the left controls the weather. It uses the water in the air and the air itself to make it rain, snow, hail, tornado, or any other weather pattern thingy you can think of.The array at the right controls the earth. Its like something Ed would use to make a rock statue of his brother or biuld a weapon.
Together, the two can do anything (element related, that is). You can control water, earth, air, and even fire. You can control them all at once as well! This come in handy
when fighting Scar or when someone cheats at poker.
Alone, these arrays can be powerfull... Together, they are epic!
I want you to imagine the Silver Alchemist and the Crimpson Alchemist having a kid (wierd, I know). These would be the arrays the kid was born with! Deadly and powerful!
We all know how the Silver Alchemist could make weapons in the air from the ground. These do the same thing, only its so much better. It also has the ability to surpass the amazing Crimpson Alchemist in its deadly power.

The symbols around the outside are gibberish, I think. I copped out on that one. As for the symbols in the array, they are legit, but more artistic forms of other symbols.

Also. If I wanted to encrypt a message or instructions onto my transmutation circle (rather than having the instructions easy to read in English) so that people couldn't read it and need to decrypt it, how would I do that?

A different script or a different language, perhaps. Anything works, so long as the one activating it knows what it means.

I was curious as to how possible it was to mix many things together into one transmutation circle but it doesn't activate them all at once, but rather, it has many optional functions that you can selectively control. This transmutation circle implies I can optionally control one or more of the 4 elements at once

Actually, I rethought about it and I've decided to use only the Earth control one, not the weather or both combined. Do you have an alchemy array that deals with earth type alchemy exclusively, or is the one above universal for all Earth-type?

I have a fullmetal alchemist character that I created and I want her to be able to do this exact type of alchemy. So instead of explaining it on her reference sheet, you don't mind if I link it back here, do you?

On each point of the triangle on both circles there are...8 Symbols, like the writting on this one do they actually mean anything, or have anything to do with the actuall transmutation or are these ones just for show?

Yes, it is. Its greek script. Unfortunately, I dont have a good script to use, so instead, I have to use the greek alphabet. But I will soon be getting a script so it can be so much better!
