The shading is very nice, but at one part it is a little off. The hot spot of most of the figure and the balloon is on the right or top right, while the back leg's hotspot is on the opposite side.
Anatomy is nice, and nice use of contour lines.
Overall: nice artwork

yeah, I knew there was something wrong with the shading (and I think there are other errors too...) I didn't pay enough attention when painting, I kinda did it like "let's color this... and uhm... this..." ...it's often messy
I think anatomy is what I'm slowly getting the best at in my drawings XD (with certain expressions perhaps)

No, the background didn't wasted it at all!!! Great atmosphere, it suits him perfectly! Just *maybe* the clouds, which are right above his head, could be a little lightened, so they would look like in a distance. But anyway, this background really supplements the drawing! Great work, very expressive!

The background is nice, clouds are difficult to draw AND to coulour, respect for the efforts you've put in them but...
I'm sorry, but I'm no big fan of the lightning. They all struck down right onto the ground and have the same length and coulours.
Apart from that, it's nice done, watercoulour again? And ink for the clouds?
Ow, one more thing.. There's rain on the background, but not on the foreground? o____O
The lightning scares me, though. What If they struck the balloon???

hehe thank you very much XD clouds were quite a pain because the sheet wouldn't dry when I wanted
once I drew a huge drawing on a 70x50cm sheet for art class... and i drew lightning on, just that way... it was the same kind of style, and it was 2 years ago... I was stolen so I don't have it anymore (and this makes me damn angry still nowadays because of the strong symbols I put in) but I kinda want to pay memory.... so I like to draw lightning that way
and every thing is watercoloured, in fact by "ink" I just mean the tiny black lines on the lineart
yeah, because watercolour didn't like foreground so fuck you watercolour, no rain there, ok
oh, don't forget Tempête IS the storm, he cant be struck if he doesn't want so X)

And that's so RUDE that someone stole your art! Really! I would also be angry for years I think! (I'm still angry at a teacher for something she did years ago to me. She read the results of the exams and said that my results for maths were 58%, in front of the whole class. At the evening when she saw my mom, she said that she made a mistake at calculating the results and that my result actually was 89%, what made it the highest score of the class. But the shame she gave me and the looks in the eyes of my classmates like "Hey, loser!" ... Still fed up with it <_< Nine years ago

Well, really the clouds are well done, I can't draw clouds like that (not that I am a good reference for drawings though >__< ) so when I see clouds well done, I'll always let that slip!
And the ink part is for the lineart oh well. Nice. To. Know... *slaps herself*
