Epic build -- and intimidating! So she's all dialed in and functional now? I was curious about the battery placement. Great work!

Hey, cheers! The TS is such a good-looking and ergonomic blaster it seemed a shame to relegate it to just being a water-cannon (a job it didn't do all that well anyway...), and the RS fits in soooo well. There's some very handy webs in the TS shell to align to - one fits almost perfectly between the RS motor-cage and mag-well. Figured I may as well go the whole hog and throw on the Demolisher's launcher... so best of all three worlds :0)
Jumped the gun a bit putting pix up though - still just at the fitting-up stage with this lot. Trying not to alter the TS shell much but the RS's pusher-box is very wide - might be simplest just to cut out the pale orange oval moldings above the "Super Soaker" logo entirely and cover with something afterwards. It WILL work though, just needs fettling. Then its triggers in, some sort of jam-door-opening sorted and connecting the RS mag-release mech to the TS levers before dialing in the barrel alignment, finally gluing everything down and re-wiring for 180 motors and a 2S battery. So a ways to go yet!
The simplest battery option would be to have a 2 x INR18650-20R stick-pack in the detachable stock with XT-60 connectors hard-wired in place to engage as the stock is attached. There's also the option of having a battery live above the pusher-box (I'm trying to figure a way an integrated jam-door/battery-tray could operate as two stages of the same operation there...), or even a "Nerkita"-style power-drill-pack integration (better for balance, but I do prefer the existing lines on the blaster). There's room in the shell between the trigger-guard and the mag-well to possibly fit a volt-meter if I do have to go with a Lipo. I'll be strapping a little test-rig 7.2v Lipo there in the meantime.

Would it work to turn the pusher box on its side? My next project is cramming an RS into an Airsoft body, and I am planning on trying that technique to make it all fit.

Shoe-horning rocks =0) Actually someone posted a WIP Auto-Strayven with the vertical set-up on Reddit just after I posted the Rapnadomolisher and I thought "D'oh! Of course!". It's certainly a better fit (no cutting the shell...), but I don't know enough about the pusher-box electrics/switches yet to know if it'd work and still be able to control run-away firing. OutBackNerf posted a full-auto Rayven with a switch just hot-glued to the bottom of the box so it may well be ok: cplnerf.blogspot.co.nz/2015/05… By the sounds of other's experience though the control-system may be a little touchy and needs to be adjustable there.
