Description
"Yes commander, orders received. Relaying"
Commaw-RRS (Remote Relay System) was a light officer Mecha Musume unit. The Terran Sovereign couldn't risk having their commanders on the field, so Commaw's duty was to forward the commands of the Terran Sovereign to the Mecha Musume divisions. Other Mecha Musume units were unable to reject any order from this unit. Commaw could also jam enemy signal and radar systems, use orbital spy satellites and call orbital strikes, artillery support and supply drops.
Due to their authority to command other units, this unit was highest threat to the Terran Sovereign should she turn rebellious. In order to prevent that, their memory capacity were significantly smaller to the other units (in order to prevent it remembering too many details).
I don't really have time to draw, but I still wanted to do something to warm up for the Christmas.

I love how you give your units super human capabilities, but really human weaknesses (or at least, weaknesses that can easily relate to humanity, despite not being quite human themselves, I assume). This is certainly some great writing, and the look of the units totally fits the description! I found it interesting you went with a smaller model than Tempest or Tiamat, but I think Kaiman is the smallest? Just doing a little guesswork here.Β
This one also seems a tad easier to draw than Tempest or Tiamat xD Looks like the designs are coming along quite smoothly

Thanks! Even though they are no longer humans, they were made from humans. And despite being turned into dreadful killing dolls, the humane traits still reside in their hearts as remnants of their past. During the time the story takes place, these humane traits will emerge more pronounced, making them feel rather upset about themselves and the world they live in.
The Terran Sovereign chose as naive and easily manipulable girl they could find, which is why she also hasΒ very childish appearance . But yeah, Kaiman is still the smallest.
She has much less stuff around her than Tempest or Tiamat, so yeah, she is a little easier to draw .

ah, the concept of "emotional inheritance".. very fascinating!
I think that was a very smart move of the Terran Sovereign's part, it certainly seems like they knew what they were doing.
