He asked how I did the background in: [link]

1. You are going to need to download it, it is a HUGE document. I'm sorry if that's an inconvenience, but in order for you to be able to see what I was doing on my screenshots, this was as small as I could make it. D: My screen is HUGE.

2. My doodles are there for your entertainment, lol. To make the tutorial less boring.

3. Here's the info you need:

Brushes
~ Sparkle Brush
~ Clouds Brush
~ [link] >Space Brush

Extra: Moon and Planets

is a VERY talented brush creator. I use her brushes most out of everyone's, especially for things like this. I will recommend other brush artists on a later tutorial (there are some awesome manga tone creators that need more attention. ).
