Remember when Roy was a hero and he had a daughter named Lian? Remember when Wally was The Flash? Remember when Garth was still alive? Remember when these four were bros and all was well? (Sorry Donna!)Just a sketch I did in class that I decided to color. I know the reboot didn't happen too long ago, but I just kinda miss everything the way it was. There were some good things that came from it, but ultimately, I missed how things were.
I especially miss Garth/Tempest, who died before the reboot (in Blackest Night), but it was still a shame (and another pointless death). Though I love the Speedsters and the Batfamily, Garth/Tempest was the whole reason I got into DC Comics, mainly due to his portrayal in Teen Titans Go!. So yeah, here's Dick/Batman, Wally/Flash, and Roy/Red Arrow all hugging Garth/Tempest because they miss him too.
I really should be focusing on my test this Monday instead of all this though... Well, it's out of my system.

no, he have a same age of his friends of fab 5, but he becames 3-4 years older than they in Aquaman Vol 5 20 (1996 May)
but he returns in Aquaman Vol 7 41 this year, but he is bad guy now, like Donna.

I miss Garth to, I was hoping the reboot would slowly introduce people but the freaking batfamily was there in the beginning of the reboot. I wanted Garth,Jackson and Grayson to be like around the same age even though Garth was 2 years older in yj, But something like that but no Nightwing is 21 and none of the aqualads are there..>

I know, right? Man, they were so excited to introduce Jackson, and now he's gone. Least I haven't heard anything about him. Even though they kept the Batfamily, they still screwed them up entirely, and not one of Dick's closest friends is there (Roy and Kory don't count because they messed them up). And Garth shown too much in Young Justice, which, I was hoping he would be.
Apparently Garth is there in the DCnU, but he's a baby or something? Still not the same, and now he's not bffs with Dick.

I remember when these guys were sidekicks that showed the older superheroes they could kick ass. I also remember when superheroes were all actually friends instead of this "ALL SUPERHEROES HAVE TO FIGHT EACH OTHER INSTEAD OF THE BAD GUYS!!!" thing the writers at both DC and Marvel seem to have going on. Who is to blame for that though? It's either Marvel for Civil War, or it could be Frank Miller for the Dark Knight Returns because since he did it in his awesome story now everyone has to do it too.

Dick as Robin, wearing a Β modern uniform similar to the Tim Drake.Β It only becomes Batman just down epilogue, not for the story
Wally as Kid Flash don't change so much, just your logo and heΒ remains as Flash, unlike the crap of Young Justice.
Garth as Aqualad wearing a blue costume with pants. And your Tempest costume are blue too
Donna as Wonder Girl wearing a white dress or red top with a blue skirt. as Troia she wearing a black dress, with long sleeves
Roy as Speedy and Arsenal don't change. If you want heΒ may have been Red Arrow the whole story, but it would have to be a one year older than Dick, Wally and Garth, and two years older than Donna, apparently.

Kimiyo Hoshi in Dc Comics has a Doctor Light, a arrogante and rude heroine but in DC Anime is a Lightgirl, young, sweet and datting with Toshio Eto/Samurai. And she wearing leotard or skirt (what you like more: leotard or skirt in her?)

Because I think the Supergirl, Donna, Starfire and Lightgirl (Kimiyo) look good with skirt, I think so cute. And Damian and friend of Dick and Tim, he can even stop calling them only by last name, type talk "You are loser, Dick" or even "Eat crap, Tim," but if he wants to call Jason a "Todd", because Jason is not reliable, bring it on.

in DC Anime,Β Damian is introduced at age 10 and he was anti-hero, but then to get to know his father, Nightwing and Robin (Tim Drake), Damian begins to awaken their sense for justice, he sure will be a tough Robin at 13 (he is 10 years younger than Dick) but it can be a friend of Dick and Tim, beginning to call them by their first names, without the name, type, they also are like brothers.
Damian does not have to talk only "Grayson" or "Drake" to be able to fight them, Not every rival called each other by last name

lol. How I miss those times. Seems like some of the comics in the reboot (the lucky ones) have writers that still seem to understand the emotions of the characters and are doing well to portray them in the books. I've heard very good things about Batman, Batman and Robin, Animal Man, Aquaman, etc.
And I wish I could say the same thing for Red Hood and the Outlaws... I'm still upset about the reboot in genral...

I know, right? Well, I haven't been buying their comics (but I've wanted to...just that my main comic store shut down...). DC is like an evil genius...
Wally's my favorite too... I'm still hoping he appears somewhere in the reboot... Since some comics take place like 10yrs in the past and some are current, I'm hoping the Flash comics are in the past, and Wally's somewhere... I mean, they've established the Teen Titans happened! (But alas...Garth's still dead... )

Yeah, it's so funky. I don't think even the writers know what's happened and what hasn't! The TT writer said once that this version was the first group of titans, but in the actual comic Tim mentions the previous group, so I think he just meant that this was Tim's first time with the Titans. Still it was really confusing.
If you do get a chance to pick up the new 52 is recommend Flash (he's no Wally but Barry's cool and I've enjoyed the story so far), Teen Titans, and The Justice League (I like Superman's new attitude and GL's attitude vs Batman's very funny)
I don't know if you heard, but the TT team has actually been trying to get Wally back in the universe. They figured out how to reintroduce him (though they won't give details) they gave him a new costume and they even tried to get him his own series, but they got shot down. They're still keeping quiet about their ideas though because they're not giving up! It's really nice to know that someone on the DC staff is willing to go to bat for him!! I keep hearing mixed things about all those titles, so I'm not sure whether or not to get them. I guess I'll just wait until the trades come out so I can flip through them and see which ones I'd like best.

It's not a bad idea to wait for the TPB especially since DC seems to have streamlined the process. I had a lot of mixed feelings about it too, but in the end I just couldn't pass up any of the titles that have Dick Grayson or a Flash in them...^_^'
I hate to admit it, but if you just sort of go with the flow and try not to worry about old continuity the stories are really good and the art is lovely. It makes me sad when I see some old stuff swept under the rug, but if I don't think about it I find I really enjoy the new things they are doing. It's sort of a catch-22...
