This was my first try at creating this kind of thing! I'll most likely add some other options to it later. After so many hours working on it yesterday, my eyes were screaming at me to stop.I had submitted this yesterday, but it had an error where it would reset the eyes when you'd flip through the heads. I tried to edit it so I could replace it with the newer .swf but it kept giving me an error, so I had to resubmit the entire thing. :/

Me too. I'd love to take a class on it sometime, or maybe just buy a book and study it. I'm more of a hand's on learner anyway. (taught myself Flash, Photoshop, etc.)

Same here. I'm self taught... except for film and photography. I'm currently learning the bass guitar (by reading tabs) and I've been do a ton of matte work and visual effects for films (of late) and in this I'm very much self-taught.
For Flash... I've read books, but online forums and backwards engineering other people's scripts have been the most helpful to me.

It helps me to see other people's scripts too. I'm able to figure them out for the most part if I need to make changes and go from there.

I've always loved music and guitar especially. Music is a major part of my creative process and in pre-visualizing the two films I wrote and directed in school this semester, I always knew the music/soundtrack I'd use for each because when I was picturing the shots in my mind, I was hearing the music at the same time.
I love bass. I have a really funny photo I took and turned into a photoshop image that I may post. I put the lyrics to Meat Beat Manifesto's "It's the Music" in text behind me playing my bass. I also put devil horns on my head. I've been feeling devilish of late...
You are very talented and obviously when you put your mind to something you figure it out... so try guitar. You should go for it. And my final thought on it is that if it makes you happy... who cares? Take care of your inner creative needs and your vision will never fail you.

I do plan on trying some day! I just need to decide on whether I should go for lessons, or give it a go myself. We'll see. I think I'd like to buy another guitar also, since I don't want to damage the 60+ year old one that my grandfather gave me.
But then, I'd also need to find the time. So busy lately.

I know the feeling... And no. Don't use your Grandfather's guitar. That's an heirloom... keep it that way.
Go and get a decent intro level guitar, but not a cheap one. Cheap ones never stay tuned and are no fun to learn on. A nice but not super-nice guitar is a must for learning.
For me, it's just fun to fill time when my computer is rendering, etc... and I am otherwise just stuck looking at a screen with nothing to do.
