nice.. so many of the water types became fighting though. I think Totodile and Oshawatt would be my favorite out of these variants. I appreciate the homage to Torchic's concept art as well.

I think my favorites are the Cyndaquil, Chimchar, and Tepig.
I'd really love to see a Psychic Infernape. I already like that Pokemon, and the Psychic look you gave to Chimchar is really appealing.
