Oooh, oh! Mh... well, they don't really have those rock formations (at least in the film), and no huge lakes either. Everything was a bit more muddy, too. XD

Yes exactly, for this reason i wrote "Remind something" and not "It is a cool swamp like Lord of the rings
I wrote "Remind something" because the small recess on the bottom + the relative typical swamp vegetation + the relative tones reminds me a bit Lotr death marshes.
And why not, you could create it, for real, in the future!

And yes, I would imagine that all those different landscapes were shot by different photographers. They always come in packs, each pack containing one specific environment, with anything from 50-400 photos. It's pretty useful.
