Description
Design for GSD character JΓ€ger from The Killing Fields, my short comic about vivisection experiments in WWII Germany. This is in black and white since the comic will be in grayscale to facilitate publication.The Killing Fields will be available online, and will be released before I begin final work on Taboo. Keep a look out.

I love the face, but it seems to be more realistic than the rest.
The only advice I can offer is having him more realistically balanced. When quad-animals have amputations, the remaining leg will lean inwards to balance the missing leg.

Your are is always amazing! I do like the graphic yet soft look of the grayscale.
Love the realistic but stylized toon look of it, definitely shows your knowledge of anatomy.
Only thing I could offer, and this is minor and said most humbly... I would like to see his front paw a tiny bit more in the center for a tri-pod balance. Looks like it is more centered then it would usually be. However to me it looks still like he is balanced with four legs.

Poor puppy... ;_____; Very well drawn, but I just want to take him in and hug him and make him feel loved! ;^; And I agree, the grayscale is a very nice touch. It gives the piece more gravity somehow...
