So... I don't really know how useful this will be to anyone but

Hope this helps some of you!
In case you all have issues with my handwriting:
1: Line; lines should be SMOOTH and curvy, and flowy; NOT harsh
2: Add suckers! (If desired)
Suckers are just circles or ovals with two " ( ) " in the middle
3: Add the base color
4: Add a new layer above the base color;
New layer should be marked as "clipping group" and also made to be a luminosity layer
5: With a marker tool (on a slightly lowered opacity) make rough lines going along the edges of lines, following your light source
For a general shine / "wet" look
For the colors, play with them! See what looks the best
Play with the luminosity opacity!
6: Again with the marker tool, with varying sizes, make short strokes from the rough lines,
going from big to small
7: go back to the base colors, and add a slightly lighter shade of the base color to the sucker area(s)
AND YOU'RE DONE!!!
