pretty self explanatory-
but anyway, i always wanted a straight razor,
and i never got one cause i could only find them in places like the house of knives for $120+
and straps were $60+

anyway i was in the Yukon for the summer
-Favorite place in the world-
and found straight razors in the trading post
yes Dawson still has an actual trading post
animal furs and everything
anyway these razors were in somewhat run down condition but were all $16
and brand new straps were $20
in hindsight i probably should have bought more razors to fix and resell, or gift,
but i only bought one for myself
originally it had a red and black marble colored plastic handle, it was legitimately beautiful, unfortunately it was cracked in a few placed and the top end broken off.
i might still make something out of what was left of it though, such lovely color.....
this, is my new handle, just some varnished wood, stylized to fit my hand,
straight razors are so much more fun than regular shaving tools.
