I drew a littttlllle bit of fanart for a tumblr artist by the name of on deviantart, forgot to post this here. Theeeey got this little comic going called My Pet Vampire , kinda re-inspired my old obsession with the said undead leeches.I do realize that their Oc doesn't have any wings like this, however, I thought it was a nice touch. Besides, who doesn't like a malicious blood sucker enslaved to a pair of children flying around the sky.
So anyways, just gonna post this little thing here.

So. Fuckin. Luminously. Gorgeous! I am DYING to see a coloring or composition map out of your work! I must see how you do things! Dynamic pose perspective anatomy and color are perfect here! You Really capture the mood in your work, I'm loving the expression on his face and the wings! And the pinkish red light stands out muchly. Beautiful work as always!

I actually considered cutting out the pink lights at one point, they just seemed to overpower the entire image, but after I got the composition of the background sorted, and added some coloring there. The whole scene appeared to saturated without it. Trial and error I guess!

I'm so glad that you didn't remove the light, I think it really made this piece whole. Sometimes, lighting can make or break a piece but you certainly know how to go above and beyond and MAKE IT WORK. I wish I can learn your illumination/illumination skillz.

I am just really thrilled you liked it! I honestly just had a blast with his facial features; they're definitely not the usual sort. Made it completely entertaining to draw him out on here.
