I posted a few of these sketches on my tumblr earlier today, but decided I should post the rest up here as well. Given they are kinda one of my more refined sketches. I got rather inspired recently by some fantastic artists I've discovered, to practice expressions. It also gave me an opportunity to practice a kinda more cartoonish style with my persona. Not really chibi anymore I don't think, just kinda a new style.My hair has grown out rather long in the last few months, so I figured I should update my persona on that matter. Though can't tell at some times, they tend to curl when Teasona gets surprised or is uncomfortable. Oh my ever moving locks.
I'm having some difficulty deciding what my favorite expression up here is, I'd love to know which you guys liked.
Also, I know I don't post sketches like this often, should I put more up here like this? Or try and keep it strictly to finished and colored pieces?

Hot damn, I love these! I dunno if I just love the exaggerated expressions or the way all the tentacles blend in to make this look so neat and unified. Favorite expression is definitely the full bodied one where you look ready to murder someone for tea.

WOW O.o Its like a never ending maze of swirls and curls!! So cool!
I personally like rough/practice sketches the best, shows how you work and how much effort and time you put into something. And it just looks great to me, but whatever you have time for and or feel like doing most Ms. Tea
My favorite expressions gotta be that "Are you freakin kidding me!?" face at the top left corner XD

The tentacles were so much fun to draw out, just the way they move is fascinating when you're sketching.

PFSHHH, so much sasssss. Honestly I based most of these off my own expressions, minus the razor sharp teeth. I will not deny some are a bit more consistent in real life then others.
