The world is Earth-28918 (What If Vol.2 #29, Sep, 1991). Great story, especially how Logan got the curse of the Wendigo, but somehow was able to control the cannibalistic desires of the monster to become the Hulk of this Earth. Doesn't matter which "What If.." story they do, Frank still is one of the top ass-kickers of that Earth. Especially in What If Vol 2 #24 "What If.... Wolverine was Lord of the Vampires". When you see Frank with the Cloak of Levitation, and a machine pistol killing vampire minions without breaking a sweat. Our Frank is, a Bad-Ass!

.....Evil beware... Frank Castle doesn't give a shit what you do. He will find you and 11 times out of 10 he will kill you. Which makes punisher so awesome.
